All products are under the warranty of the manufacturer unless otherwise specified.

To ensure warranty conditions are valid

  • Be sure to inspect the product during cargo delivery.
  • If you notice any damage, do not accept the product and prepare a report.
  • The jewelry you purchased from ALTIN KONAK is covered by a 2-year repair and lifetime adjustment warranty.
  • Defects caused by the user, which can be corrected through maintenance and repair, are considered under the warranty.
  • All products you purchase are covered by a warranty certificate issued by Altın Konak Kuyumculuk San.Tic.Ltd.Şti (except for some exceptional products that cannot be repaired).

 

Items not covered by the warranty

  • Repairs required due to user actions are not covered by the warranty. All shipping costs for maintenance and repairs are borne by the customer, and no extra fees are charged for maintenance and repairs except for the above exceptions.
  • To maintain the warranty period, periodic maintenance must be performed at our company if required. Otherwise, your product will be excluded from warranty coverage.
  • Modifications made to the product, deformation, or alteration of the original design are not covered by the warranty.
  • Intervention by third parties on the product
  • Use your product according to the User Manual. Failure to use the product according to the User Manual will result in the product being excluded from warranty coverage.
