The conditions below apply only to purchases made from our ONLINE STORE and OUTLET STORE.

 

  • To exercise this right, the withdrawal decision must be communicated to Altın Konak within 7 days after receiving the product from the cargo. (Products manufactured specifically for the order are excluded.) For notifications, you can contact us at 08507770203 or send an email to [email protected].
  • If you return the product without Altın Konak’s approval, the return process will not be completed.
  • You can return stocked products purchased from the online store within 7 days from the date you receive them from the cargo company and get a refund of the amount paid (applies to stocked products only). According to the Consumer Law, there is no legal obligation to accept returns for rings and wedding bands. However, since ring orders are prepared according to the customer’s ring size, returns are accepted with a 10% deduction for stocked rings. (Wedding bands with engravings and rings customized to the individual are not accepted for return.)
  • When purchasing a stocked product, the shipping and return costs (depending on the product value) are borne by the buyer.
  • The product subject to exchange must not be damaged by the end user.
  • Products produced according to the consumer’s special order, requests, or customized with modifications or additions cannot be returned. For rings, size changes and for necklaces, chain length adjustments made after delivery, will not be eligible for lossless return.
  • The product must be returned to Altın Konak along with the invoice, warranty certificate, and any gifts included in the package upon delivery.
  • The current exchange rate and precious metal prices on the date of the exchange request will apply.
  • Once the returned product reaches Altın Konak, the amount paid will be refunded to the credit card if payment was made via credit card, or to the bank account if payment was made via wire transfer/EFT.
  • You will be allowed to exchange the product for an equivalent one or cover any price differences for the exchanged product. All shipping costs for returns and exchanges are borne by the buyer.
  • Products delivered to addresses outside the Turkish Customs Territory due to the buyer providing an international delivery address are excluded from returns.
  • Returns not complying with these conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to you at your expense.

 

DIAMOND PRODUCTS

For lossless exchange: Within 7 days from the purchase date, you must go to the store where you shopped with your sales receipt to have the product confirmed as eligible for exchange. If your diamond product is eligible, it can only be exchanged for another diamond product or gold products. (Customized diamonds based on size are not accepted for return.)
