After legal requirements such as invoicing are completed and transportation insurance is made, it is delivered to the cargo company under camera recordings to be sent to the delivery address you specified during the order. Since almost every stage of production is done by hand, the specified production time can rarely be exceeded.

Transportation insurance and cargo shipments are completely FREE. Your orders are under the assurance of Altın Konak until they reach you, and tracking processes are carried out carefully by us.

Your purchases from www.altinkonak.com.tr are delivered to the cargo with insurance within the business day written in the product description according to the production time. Production of orders received on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays is also started on the next business day.

Products with the phrase “Same Day Cargo” are valid for orders received until 16:00 on business days. Orders received after 16:00 will be shipped on the next business day.

Your orders will be delivered to the cargo on the first business day (Monday-Friday) after the bank approval is received. Depending on the distance of the delivery address to Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir, the cargo company will deliver your order to you within 1-3 business days.

“Estimated Delivery Time” refers to the estimated time until the products are delivered to the cargo company to reach you. For example; “In cargo within 2 business days” means that it will be delivered to the cargo company to be delivered to you within 2 business days.

“Made to order” indicates that our products are currently ready for sale or that we can produce them for you. If you order products that are not in stock, we can manufacture them with the same features and deliver them to you within the specified time. (Delays may occur due to reasons arising from the workshop and production). In products made to order, the gram of the product may be 10% less or more than stated on the site due to reasons arising from special production. If the difference exceeds 5%, the customer is refunded. If it is heavier than the written gram, it is collected from the customer.

Delivery times of special production products other than wedding rings (Sarrafiye, custom-made stone products, etc.) vary according to the time of production. In case of a problem caused by us, you will be notified based on your membership information. Therefore, it is important that your membership information is complete and accurate.

You can follow the production process of your orders and all stages until they are delivered to you from the “Order Tracking” section. When your orders are delivered to the cargo company, you are informed via e-mail and SMS.

The jewelry you purchase is specially prepared for you in line with the preferences you specified during the order. It will be delivered to the address you specify in a special carrying box with your certificate and gift note, if any, safely and with transportation insurance. If you wish, you can provide different delivery and invoice addresses so that your invoice reaches you and your gift reaches your loved ones.

In terms of insurance coverage, check whether the bag is damaged when the courier delivers the package. If the cargo bag is damaged, prepare a report and do not accept the cargo.

All our shipments are sent as GIFT PACKAGE in special packaging and in a box specific to the product.
In your specially produced orders, a 5% difference in weight may occur as a result of the production carried out, and a possible higher price difference may be requested. In case of missing weight, you will be paid according to the current unit prices.

In orders made with MONEY ORDER or EFT payment, if the order amount is not sent to the Altın Konak accounts in the payment options within 2 business days, your orders will be considered canceled after 2 business days.
