Return and Exchange Policy

  • In order to exercise this right, the decision of withdrawal must be notified to Altın Konak within 7 days after the product is received from the cargo. For your notifications, it is sufficient to reach us at 08507770203  or send an e-mail to [email protected].
  • If you send the product back without Altın Konak's approval, no refund will be made.
  • You can return the stocked products you purchased from the online store within 7 days from the date you receive them from the cargo company, and get the amount you paid back. In accordance with the Consumer Law, there is no legal obligation to take a return on ring orders. However, since the ring size is custom-made for ring orders, a 5% deduction is made for returns. (Written wedding rings are not refundable.)
  • The product you are changing must not have been damaged by the end user.
  • The consumer cannot use the right of withdrawal for the products that are produced in accordance with the special requests and demands of the consumer or that have been personalized by making changes or additions. The right to return without loss cannot be used in case of subsequent size changes on the rings, or subsequent chain lengthening or shortening of the necklaces.
  • Available in the package when the product is delivered to you; must be returned to Altın Konak together with the invoice, warranty certificate and gift, if any.
  • The current exchange rate and metall prices on the date of the change request will be valid.
  • After the returned product reaches Altın Konak, the amount you have paid is returned to your credit card if it was given using a credit card, or to your bank account if it was given via money order/EFT.
  • You will be given the opportunity to exchange a product equivalent to the product with workmanship that you have exchanged, or to make an exchange to meet the price differences that may occur. All shipping fees are paid by the Buyer in return and exchange transactions.
  • Products delivered to an address outside the Turkish Customs Area as a result of the buyer's declaration of an overseas delivery address are not within the scope of return.

Since almost every stage of production is done by hand, the specified production time can rarely be exceeded. Transportation insurance and cargo shipments are completely FREE. Your orders are under the assurance of Altın Konak until they reach you, and tracking processes are carried out carefully by us. Production of orders received on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays is also started on the next business day. Items not included in the warranty

  • User-induced repair requirement is out of warranty. Round-trip shipping charges for all Repairs and Maintenance are the responsibility of the Customer, and no extra fees are charged for maintenance and repair, except for the above exceptions.
  • In order for the warranty period to continue, periodical maintenance, if any, must be done by our company. Otherwise, your product will be out of warranty.
  • Changes made on the product, deformation of the product or deterioration of the original design of the product are not covered by the warranty.
  • Interference with the product by third parties
  • Use your product in accordance with the User's Manual. Failure to use it in accordance with the User Manual will cause your product to be out of warranty.
